A. Each property is counted as a separate membership. It will cost $19.95 per property you list.

A. There is a one-time charge of $19.95 for each property you list.
Q. What if I’m looking for numerous types of land?
A. Once you enter your property, you can enter as many profiles of what you’re looking for at no additional cost.
Q. Will I be notified when a property is listed that meets my search criteria?
A. Yes, any matching properties will be automatically emailed to you for review – 24/7.
Q. Will my email address or any personal information be given out?
A. No, you can be contacted through our system and then only you can give out your contact information to another individual if you so choose.
Q. What if I need legal and/or expert advice regarding my property?
A. Please consult an attorney and/or real estate broker for questions concerning your property.
Q. Do I have to be the owner of the land to list in OnlineLandTrading.com?
A. Either the owner or a person such as a real estate broker/agent or attorney authorized by the owner to trade, market or sell their property.
